Bu Maher Fort, Bahrain

In celebration of the historical (unofficial) Independence Day of Bahrain (15th August, 1971), you will be painting a landscape of the Bu Maher Fort – which is one of the buildings recognized as part of the Bahrain Pearling Trail, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

In this project, you are expected to experiment mixing colours together to learn what outcome you will get. In addition, you will get a feel for the usage of different brushes.

Remember that this is an impressionist painting which uses many layers of tones and color, so patience is key!
