“Message of Kindness” Poster in Mixed Media

Organizations such as the World Health Organization spread awareness about mental health through World Mental Health Day on the 10th of October. The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the lives of everyone and brought on many challenges that we have to deal with, including our mental health.

How has the COVID-19 pandemic affected you and your loved ones?

Do you know anyone who felt sad during these times (including yourself)?

This is an expressive art project where you are required to create your own illustrated poster with a message of kindness to someone. Maybe it is a message to yourself..

Use seven words or less for your message that will be included on your poster.

My own poster which reads “Be kind to yourself”
